Company Overview
Clarus Systems was founded in 2001 to support an early adoption of IP Telephony including deployment certification products for System Integrators. In 2004, Clarus Systems continued to achieve industry accolades, and received the TMC Innovation Lab Award for product excellence as a result.

To answer the market demands in the Enterprise segment, Clarus Systems shifted their focus in 2005 by developing robust operations management capabilities. As a result, the company was named one of "Network World's 2005 Start-Up's to Watch" and ClarusIPC® is recognized as the only solution endorsed by Cisco as a testing tool in the Best Practices guide, ‘Steps to Success.’

Success continued for Clarus Systems in 2006 as the company enhanced it managed service provider relationships and added several dominating financial services leaders as key clients. Following in 2007, Clarus Systems enhanced their offerings by adding Transformation Services to support and manage the entire IPT lifecycle. Several of the company's leading clients have experienced best in class achievements as a result of adding these upgrade, migration, and strategic optimization services. After eight major releases and over 350,000 devices tested, Q1 2007 marked the company's most impressive quarter to date, paving the way for sustained growth and market leadership.

"According to a recent Yankee Group Survey, less than 50% of enterprises that have deployed VoIP currently use a comprehensive management solution. At the same time, network managers often demonstrate a lack of confidence in the technology and its promised benefits. With the industry moving beyond VoIP and more toward unified communications, network managers must implement a comprehensive VoIP management strategy, as this will be the key to obtaining the value and minimizing the risk of enterprise wide scale deployment."
